SUNSET OUTDOOR

Established in 1994, Sunset Outdoor is a family-run steel patio and carport builder in Neerabup that covers all suburbs north of the river. Owner and operator Kim Udy personally measures, quotes, designs, manufactures and installs each patio, drawing on more than 30 years in the patio industry. Roof styles include gable, hip roof, skillion, curved and flat, and carports are built as well. Roof trusses are fully welded and powder coated using BlueScope high-tensile Australian steel, and customers can choose between Colorbond and polycarbonate roofing. Patios are built shire approved and come with a five year structural warranty. With one person handling each patio from the first measure to the final install, customers deal with the owner the whole way through. Rated 5.0 from 14 Google reviews, all of them five stars.
