The Patio Factory

Since 2004 The Patio Factory has designed and fabricated steel patios, carports, verandahs and pergolas in its own Welshpool factory, using Australian BlueScope steel and Colorbond. Designs include flat roof, raised flat, gable, dome, louvre and freestanding structures, with insulated steel panel roofing such as SolarSpan sandwich panels for a cooler, quieter space with a smooth ceiling. Every structure is sold fully installed at factory-direct pricing anywhere in Western Australia, or as a DIY kit for families who would rather build it themselves. The team manages the building permit and council or shire approval for each job, starting with a free onsite consultation, and workmanship is guaranteed for life.
