Principal Landscapes

Principal Landscapes in Scarborough, trading as Principal Pools + Landscapes, designs and builds high-end gardens together with custom concrete pools, managing the whole outdoor space as one project with a single point of contact. Clients receive detailed 2D plans, optional 3D visuals and fly-through videos, and help with council approvals and engineering. An in-house crew then handles paving, decking, lawns, retaining walls, planting and the finishing details, while drainage, licensed plumbing and electrical work are dealt with as part of the build. Recent projects carry names such as Dunes Luxury, Tropical Vibes, Villa Tranquillity and Coastal Curves. The Seaward Loop project, known as Coastal Curves, won Best Built Landscape Feature at the Landscape Industries Association WA 2018 Awards and a SPASA WA 2018 Silver award for pool landscaping.
