Operating since 2004 and headed by Doug Morgan, Northshore Landscape Construction designs and builds residential gardens from North Beach, working in suburbs such as Hillarys, Stirling, Mindarie, Marmion, Ocean Reef and City Beach. Garden designs come with package prices, and construction covers limestone and brick retaining walls, paving and steppers, exposed aggregate, concrete and liquid limestone, timber and artificial timber decking and screens, earthworks, soil installation and planting. The team installs both roll-on lawn and artificial turf, sets up irrigation and reticulation, builds water features and ponds, and installs fibreglass pools. Commercial work ranges from reticulating a verge to civil landscape works and commercial tenders, and a maintenance service covers regular garden care and lawn mowing for residential and commercial sites.
