ELM WA

ELM WA, short for Estate Landscape Maintenance, is a commercial landscape maintenance and construction specialist working from Malaga. Its client base is commercial, and the company positions itself as offering the full range of services expected from a large commercial landscape firm. The service list runs to full landscape maintenance and asset management, landscape construction including infill construction, irrigation installation, repairs and maintenance, and landscape installs and ongoing management for unit developments. The emphasis is on long-term care of estates and developments rather than one-off backyard jobs, with management solutions meant to go beyond a standard maintenance round and to adapt as a client's needs change. Safety, staff and company history each get attention in how the business presents itself. Homeowners after a small garden makeover may find it better suited to estates, strata and developer work.
