Top Notch Fencing & Maintenance

Based in Banjup, Top Notch Fencing & Maintenance is a small team that builds fences, gates and retaining walls around Perth and also handles landscape maintenance. The owners began in Perth in 2003 under a franchise and, after 16 years, left to trade under their own name, so the same people look after a job from quote to finish. The range of styles is broad: Colorbond, Hardiefence, modular walls, PVC, picket, pinelap and brushwood, aluminium slat fencing and gates, steel tubular, cyclone or chainwire, and laser cut screens. Pool barriers are a particular focus, with frameless, semi-frameless and inground channel glass, steel or aluminium tubular, and perforated screen options, plus guidance on WA pool barrier rules and the Dividing Fences Act. Gates come in automatic and manual versions. Work is taken on at both residential and commercial properties, and quotes are obligation free.
