RESIDENTIAL GATES

For 20 years, Residential Gates has designed, engineered, built and installed gates for homes across the Perth metropolitan area as a family owned and operated business. Automatic sliding and swinging gates are the speciality, along with double gates and pedestrian gates, each customised for its setting. Materials include steel, Colorbond sheeting, aluminium slats, timber look aluminium slats, trimdeck, wavelock, mini orb and perforated mini orb, plus real cedar, jarrah and pine in dressed or tongue and groove boards. Steel gates are usually epoxy primed and powder coated, and the steel range includes garrison industrial and square horizontal or vertical designs. Automation uses Italian motors with electric locks, keypads and photo beams, backed by a two year manufacturer's warranty. All fabrication stays in house, and customers can choose supply only or supply and install, with a showroom to visit.
